Key Responsibilities
As an Officer – Production at KLM Laboratories, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining online documentation of production activities, including batch manufacturing and packing records.
- Performing calibration and daily verification of weighing balances.
- Operating and cleaning machinery and production areas as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Obtaining line clearance from Quality Assurance before starting operations.
- Allocating work to operators and workmen as per the production plan.
- Ensuring temperature and humidity control in the processing area as per the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and Batch Packing Record (BPR).
- Conducting in-process quality checks at intermediate stages of manufacturing and filling.
- Maintaining compliance with SOPs and regulatory audit requirements.
- Ensuring correct labeling for equipment, areas, and products.
- Overseeing the receipt of dispensed raw materials from manufacturing.
- Monitoring product yield at each stage and reporting discrepancies.
- Reporting operational abnormalities immediately to the Production Executive.
- Upholding high morale, discipline, and technical expertise within the team.
