We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes. At KLM Laboratories, you’ll be part of a team that plays a crucial role in maintaining compliance with cGMP guidelines, ensuring product quality, and supporting innovative pharmaceutical practices.
Key Responsibilities
As an Officer in Quality Assurance (IPQA), your responsibilities will include:
- Line Clearance Coordination: Ensure the Line Clearance procedure is meticulously followed at various stages of the manufacturing and packing process.
- Housekeeping Standards: Collaborate with area managers to maintain impeccable housekeeping standards as per current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in the manufacturing area.
- Batch Compliance: Validate that all products meet strict specifications outlined in the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
- Unusual Observations Handling: React promptly to any unusual observations by coordinating with the area supervisor or production manager. Ensure effective implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) before proceeding further.
- Environmental Monitoring: Regularly monitor and verify that environmental conditions in manufacturing, packaging, and storage areas are consistently maintained according to recommended guidelines.
- Document Management: Ensure all documentation related to manufacturing and packaging is filled online accurately and is up to date.
- Product Reconciliation: Oversee proper reconciliation of products throughout the manufacturing and packing processes to ensure accuracy and quality.
Who Should Apply?

- Educational Background: M.Sc., B. Pharm, or M. Pharm degree.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in a Quality Assurance role, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-centric environment.
