Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation of GLP & GDP: Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in QC operations.
- Sample Analysis: Conduct analysis of In-process, finished products, and stability samples for various formulations (oral solids, topical, cosmetics).
- Quality Investigations: Handle OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), change controls, and laboratory incidents.
- Method Validation: Perform analytical method validation as per regulatory requirements.
- Protocol & Report Preparation: Collaborate with the QC Manager to prepare Analytical Method Validation (AMV) protocols and reports.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical QC testing, HPLC, GC, Dissolution, UV-Vis Spectroscopy.
- Familiarity with USFDA, WHO, and ICH guidelines.
- Experience in documentation, compliance, and regulatory audits.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced GMP/GLP environment.
