- Develop and optimize tablet and capsule formulations
- Execute granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling processes
- Perform lab-scale and pilot-scale batch execution
- Handle technology transfer and scale-up activities
- Prepare and maintain development reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and regulatory standards
- Troubleshoot formulation issues and improve product performance
🎯 Required Skills
- Strong expertise in pharmaceutical formulation development
- Knowledge of solid oral dosage (OSD) processes
- Experience with scale-up and process optimization
- Familiarity with GMP, documentation, and validation practices
