๐ฌ Key Responsibilities โ Research Associate (Bioanalytical)
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and validating bioanalytical methods
- Processing and analyzing samples for assigned clinical projects
- Operating, calibrating, and troubleshooting LC-MS/MS instruments and other analytical systems
- Preparing draft method SOPs and ensuring compliance with system-specific SOPs and protocols
- Ensuring completion of required SOP training before initiating project activities
- Implementing GLP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance in laboratory operations
- Verifying instrument labels, maintaining logbooks, and tracking calibration schedules
- Working as per OECD GLP principles
This role demands strong technical proficiency in bioanalysis and regulatory compliance within a CRO laboratory environment.
