Key Responsibilities

  • Global Strategy Execution: Implement and maintain medical information strategies for products launched in major regions.
  • Content Creation: Develop medical letters, FAQs, slide kits, literature searches, publications, and webpages.
  • Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to unsolicited medical inquiries with accuracy and compliance.
  • Omnichannel Delivery: Leverage existing and emerging technologies to provide information via customers’ preferred channels.
  • Insight Utilization: Use customer feedback to refine medical information strategies.
  • Training & Support: Serve as a GMI expert, training affiliates and call center partners, and staffing medical booths at scientific congresses.

This role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, alliance partners, and vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables across geographies.

Qualifications: Who Can Apply?

Lilly seeks candidates with a strong educational and professional background:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare profession with 2+ years of industry experience, OR
    • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in a related therapeutic area, OR
    • Master’s degree in a healthcare profession, OR
    • PhD with relevant therapeutic area experience.
  • Skills:
    • Mastery of written and verbal English.
    • Ability to assimilate and communicate complex medical information unbiasedly.
    • Proficiency in literature searches and evidence-based responses.
    • Adaptability to new technologies (e.g., content management and delivery systems).
    • High-level computer skills (databases, spreadsheets, PowerPoint).
