Key Responsibilities

1. Regulatory Compliance & Product Registration

  • Develop and execute regulatory strategies for product registration in India.
  • Lead GMP & Manufacturing License renewals for the Baddi plant.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian cosmetic regulations for both imported and locally manufactured products.

2. Regulatory Documentation & Submissions

  • Manage license applications, change control, and dossier readiness.
  • Review artworks, specifications, and product formulations to align with regulatory norms.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports as per government guidelines.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Training

  • Work closely with Marketing, Legal, R&D, and Manufacturing teams.
  • Provide training on regulatory matters to internal stakeholders.
  • Engage with regulatory authorities & industry bodies (e.g., IBHA) for compliance updates.

Skills & Qualifications Required

✔ Regulatory Affairs Expertise – Strong understanding of Indian cosmetic regulations.
✔ Problem-Solving Abilities – Ability to resolve compliance-related challenges.
✔ Communication & Collaboration – Work effectively across multiple teams & stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
