Key Responsibilities
1. Regulatory Compliance & Product Registration
- Develop and execute regulatory strategies for product registration in India.
- Lead GMP & Manufacturing License renewals for the Baddi plant.
- Ensure compliance with Indian cosmetic regulations for both imported and locally manufactured products.
2. Regulatory Documentation & Submissions
- Manage license applications, change control, and dossier readiness.
- Review artworks, specifications, and product formulations to align with regulatory norms.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports as per government guidelines.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Training
- Work closely with Marketing, Legal, R&D, and Manufacturing teams.
- Provide training on regulatory matters to internal stakeholders.
- Engage with regulatory authorities & industry bodies (e.g., IBHA) for compliance updates.

Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Master’s degree (M.Pharm) or additional certification in Regulatory Affairs
✔ Experience with Medical Device Regulations
✔ Previous experience in cosmetic/pharmaceutical regulatory roles
