Key Responsibilities
As an IPQA Officer at Lupin Limited, you will be responsible for:
- Performing routine and comprehensive in-process checks across manufacturing and packaging lines.
- Ensuring strict compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and Batch Manufacturing/Packaging Records.
- Conducting line clearance and changeover activities with proper documentation.
- Monitoring MDI, DPI, and Nasal dosage manufacturing operations for adherence to established quality procedures.
- Reporting deviations, non-conformances, and potential quality risks in real time.
- Supporting internal audits, regulatory inspections, and documentation reviews.
- Ensuring accurate sampling, intermediate checks, and batch-related quality oversight.
Qualifications & Experience
To be eligible for the IPQA Officer position, candidates must have:
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in IPQA within a pharma manufacturing environment.
- Mandatory experience in a USFDA/EU-GMP or equivalent regulatory-approved plant.
- Strong understanding of:
- IPQA for MDI, DPI, and Nasal dosage forms
- Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- cGMP and other global regulatory guidelines
- Proven ability in documentation review, compliance, and process monitoring.
