- Ensure compliance with Schedule M, GDP, and Data Integrity guidelines
- Operate and troubleshoot Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Capsulation processes
- Prepare and review SOPs, batch manufacturing records, and documentation
- Support qualification and validation activities
- Optimize utilization of manpower and materials
- Coordinate with Engineering for preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Raise requirements for spare parts and change parts

🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education:
- Graduation in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Technology
- Master’s degree (M.Pharm / M.Tech Pharma) preferred
