🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cGMP records as per SOPs and follow cGMP practices in the warehouse
- Ensure cleanliness of warehouse areas and equipment as per SOPs/EOPs and maintain records
- Handle receipt of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables
- Prepare GRNs and perform TO confirmation
- Perform cleaning, calibration, and verification of weighing balances
- Monitor and record temperature, relative humidity, and differential pressure
- Prepare for and attend internal and external audits
- Operate and clean passbox and de-dusting tunnels
- Coordinate with Purchase, QC, and QA to resolve vendor complaints and PO issues
- Initiate discrepancy/vendor complaints during material receipt
- Ensure EHS compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Make e-logbook entries and SAP transactions
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Post Graduate degree in Science or Chemistry
- 1–2 years of experience in pharma warehouse or manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and documentation practices
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Good communication and coordination skills
