📋 Job Description & Responsibilities
1. Primary & Secondary Bottle Packing Line (Countec Machines)
- Operate and troubleshoot machines like Counting Machine, Rotary Capping Machine, Silica Inserter, Stabilos Inserter, Checkweigher & Metal Detector.
- Perform challenge tests & in-process checks for bottle packing lines.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and serialization (Jekson Track & Trace).
- Handle BPR filling, reconciliation of packing materials, and SAP transactions.
2. Blister Packing Line (IMA-PO Express Machines)
- Operate and troubleshoot blister packing machines.
- Perform in-process checks and challenge tests.
- Strong knowledge of USFDA & MHRA regulatory standards.
✅ Pre-Requisites for Interview
- 60% marks mandatory if experience is less than 5 years.
- All previous experience/relieving letters required.
- Candidates interviewed at Lupin in the last 6 months are not eligible.
