Job Description:
MAHE invites applications for the position of Project Research Scientist-I to work on an ICMR (IIRPSG-2024-01-02828) sponsored project titled “Designing, development and evaluation of anti-thrombogenic factors loaded small diameter vascular graft with superior mechanical and biological properties for cardiovascular tissue reconstruction application”. The position is in the Department of Biotechnology, Manipal School of Life Sciences.
Eligibility:
- Educational Qualifications:
- M.Sc / M.Tech in any field of Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Biomedical Engineering
- First Class Engineering Graduate (4 years) in any Life Sciences-related field
- Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in scaffold fabrication, characterization, cell culture, and molecular biology
- Additional Qualifications:
- Candidates with UGC-CSIR / NET / GATE / DBT-BET qualifications will be preferred
Remuneration:
- Rs 56,000 per month + HRA (10%) for 3 years, as per ICMR norms
Project Duration:
- 3 Years
