Job Description – Medical Engagement Associate at Indegene
As a Medical Engagement Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
- Patient Counseling: Guide patients for better health outcomes based on predefined touchpoints.
- Adverse Event Reporting: Document and report adverse events or market complaints as per SOP.
- Therapy Adherence Tracking: Ensure patients follow prescribed therapies and maintain compliance.
- Patient Support: Handle queries, provide responses from FAQs, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- CRM Data Entry: Maintain accurate patient records in the CRM tool as per brand requirements.
- Financial Approvals: Review and approve financial deviations when necessary.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- B.Pharma / B.Sc (Life Sciences, Nursing, Biochemistry, Botany, Chemistry, or related fields).
- M.Pharma / MD (Any Specialization) – Preferred but not mandatory.
- 6 months to 4 years of experience in patient counseling or healthcare support roles.
