We are actively recruiting for the following key roles:
1. Quality Assurance – Executive / Sr. Executive
As a vital member of our QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our processes and products comply with stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approval of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) documentation including batch records, SOPs, and specifications.
- Handle quality management systems (QMS) like Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, and Market Complaints.
- Perform internal audits and support external audits from regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with WHO-GMP and other relevant guidelines.
- Oversight of production and packaging activities to ensure real-time compliance.
- Preparation and review of validation protocols and reports.
2. Microbiologist – Officer
As our Microbiology Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the sterile and microbial quality of our manufacturing environment and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform microbial limit testing and sterility testing of raw materials, finished products, and water systems.
- Conduct environmental monitoring (EM) of cleanrooms and controlled areas.
- Manage microbial cultures and maintain the microbiology laboratory.
- Handle identification of microorganisms and prepare reports.
- Validate microbiological methods and equipment.
- Ensure all activities comply with pharmacopoeial standards (IP/BP/USP).

Eligibility & Qualification
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm is mandatory.
- Experience: 1 year to 3 years of relevant experience in a pharma manufacturing company.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of GMP, GLPs, and quality control processes.
- Personal Attributes: Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
