🔍 Job Summary
The Clinical Data Coder will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and compliant coding of medical terms and medications used in clinical trials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Phase I–IV studies across multiple therapeutic areas.

🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate medical and medication coding using MedDRA and WHO Drug dictionaries
- Apply industry standards and internal coding conventions
- Coordinate and assign appropriate coding dictionaries as per study requirements
- Develop, review, and maintain clinical coding guidelines
- Support clinical trials data quality and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with clinical, data management, and regulatory teams
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or higher clinical qualification
- Proven experience with MedDRA and WHO Drug coding
- Prior exposure to clinical trials, CROs, or pharmaceutical environments (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of medical terminology
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, deadline-driven environment
