Key Responsibilities
As a Field Application Specialist, you will:
✅ Work with Biomonitoring Sales teams to support technical and application requirements.
✅ Conduct feasibility trials, application studies, troubleshooting, and method development for BioMonitoring products.
✅ Provide on-site technical support for demos, method optimization, and troubleshooting.
✅ Develop and deliver internal & external training programs on BioMonitoring products.
✅ Maintain laboratory equipment, SOPs, and regulatory compliance (USP, EP, JP, India Pharmacopeia, ISO standards).
✅ Stay updated on regulatory guidelines for microbiological testing in Pharma & F&B industries.
Who You Are
Basic/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related Life Sciences.
- 3-5 years of experience in microbiological testing, QA/QC, Pharma, or F&B industries.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory management, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in method development and validation.
- Familiarity with Pharma/Biotech regulatory compliance (USP, EP, ISO).
- Excellent communication and training skills.
