Role Description

As a Business Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our product portfolio and ensuring the success of our sales strategies. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  1. Doctor Engagement: Generate and convert doctors for our product portfolio.
  2. Secondary Sales: Achieve secondary sales targets by ensuring prescription generation by your team.
  3. Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with top physicians, endocrinologists, and cardiologists.
  4. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  5. Sales Reporting: Provide day-to-day sales reports and handle customer queries efficiently.
  6. Strategy Implementation: Ensure 100% implementation of the company’s strategies.
  7. Pharmacovigilance: Collect and report adverse drug reactions (ADRs) within 24 hours of awareness and forward them to the Patient Safety team.

Job Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Graduate degree (preferably in Science or Pharmacy).
  • 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (freshers are also welcome).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Strong persuasive skills and a basic understanding of medical terminologies.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
