⭐ Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Associate, you will handle core clinical operations, including:
- Conducting on-site and remote monitoring visits
- Ensuring protocol adherence & compliance with ICH-GCP, NDCT Rules, and MDR guidelines
- Performing Source Data Verification (SDV) and ensuring high-quality clinical data
- Coordinating all study-related activities at the investigational site
- Maintaining essential clinical trial documentation and timely reporting
- Supporting study start-up, investigator training & recruitment tracking
- Managing deviations, safety reporting, and close-out activities
- Traveling as required for site monitoring visits
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm D, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of CRA experience in clinical trial operations
- Strong understanding of Clinical Operations & Clinical Trial Processes
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, NDCT Rules & MDR guidelines
- Excellent communication, documentation & time-management skills
- Willingness to travel for study monitoring
