🔬 Key Responsibilities
- Review in-process sample analysis data using molecular biology techniques like ELISA, RT-PCR, SDS-PAGE.
- Ensure timely review of batch release, stability, method validation, and method transfer data.
- Prepare and review protocols, reports, and analytical validation plans.
- Develop and review SOPs, STPs, and specifications in line with regulatory standards.
- Handle QMS elements including OOS, OOT, deviations, change controls, and lab incidents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory audits, customer audits, and internal inspections.
- Prepare and review Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for drug substances and samples.
- Monitor instrument calibration, AMC, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Review audit trails, temperature mapping data, and laboratory logbooks for data integrity.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Qualification:
- M.Sc (Biotechnology / Microbiology / Life Sciences)
- M.Pharm or equivalent
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with ELISA, RT-PCR, SDS-PAGE
- Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines
- Strong documentation and analytical review skills
