Job Description: Open Positions & Eligibility
We are looking for skilled and experienced candidates for the following roles in our Kothur plant.
1. Packing Operators & Supervisors
- Department: Packing (OSD Formulation)
- Qualification Required: Diploma / ITI / BA / BSc / B.Pharmacy
- Required Experience: 2 to 12 Years
- Key Skills:
- Primary Packing Machine Experience: CAM NMX, ACG, BMAX, BQS, IMA PG, EL Mach, Pharma Pack, CVC.
- Secondary Packing Machine Experience: HI-Cart, IC 150C, CAM HV, CVC, IMA A 300 Cartonator, Pharma Pack Labelling Machine.
- Supervisor Roles: Blister & Bottle Line Supervisors with hands-on machine knowledge and team management skills.
2. QMS (Quality Management System) Supervisors
- Department: Quality Assurance
- Qualification Required: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / MSc
- Required Experience: 2 to 12 Years
- Key Skills:
- Handling Deviations, Change Controls, and Market Complaints.
- Leading Investigations and ensuring thorough documentation.
- Managing Audit Compliance and initiating Quality Improvement initiatives.
3. Manufacturing (MFG) Operators
- Department: Production (OSD Formulation)
- Qualification Required: Diploma / ITI / BSc / B.Pharmacy
- Required Experience: 2 to 12 Years
- Key Skills: Operation of key pharma equipment like:
- Coating Machine
- Granulation (RMG, FBD)
- Compression Machine
- Capsule Filling Machine
- Oral Liquid Section
- Roll Compactor
