🧪 Job Roles & Responsibilities
1. Production – Operators & Supervisors (OSD)
- Operate equipment for granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling
- Handle spray dryer, track-n-trace, blister & bottle packing
- Perform IPQC checks, labeling, HAPA printing
- Manage QMS activities (Change Control, CAPA, Deviations, Investigations)
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards
2. Quality Control (QC) – Analysts
- Perform analysis of raw materials, finished products, and stability samples
- Operate instruments like:
- HPLC
- Dissolution Apparatus
- UV & IR Spectrophotometer
- Karl Fischer
- Maintain GLP compliance and documentation
- Support method validation and troubleshooting
3. Microbiology – Analysts
- Conduct environmental monitoring and water testing
- Perform:
- MLT (Microbial Limit Test)
- Growth Promotion Test
- Bacterial Endotoxin Test (BET)
- Ensure adherence to GLP & GDP guidelines
- Maintain microbiological records and reports
