Skills and Eligibility Required
Essential Qualifications:
- Educational Background: M.Pharm in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or a closely related field.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in an analytical laboratory setting. Experience within the herbal drug industry or with phytochemical analysis is highly preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with advanced analytical instruments like HPLC, UV-Visible Spectroscopy, GC, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of analytical method development and validation principles (ICH guidelines).
- Proven expertise in the analysis of marker compounds and herbal extracts.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative member of an R&D team.
