1. Production – Documentation
Designation: Deputy Manager / Executive
Experience: 12–14 years (DM), relevant experience for Executive
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and preparation of batch manufacturing records (BMRs)
- Documentation compliance as per cGMP guidelines
- Handling audits and regulatory inspections
- Coordination with QA and Production teams
2. Quality Control – HPLC, GC & PSD
Designation: Officer
Experience: 4–6 years / 7–9 years
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharmacy
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis using HPLC, GC, and Particle Size Distribution
- Method validation and verification
- Stability studies and documentation
- Compliance with regulatory standards (ICH, cGMP)
3. Plant Engineering – Mechanical & Electrical
Designation: Executive
Experience: 6–8 years
Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)
Key Responsibilities:
