Key Responsibilities
Officer – Production
- Execute batch manufacturing activities as per SOPs and GMP guidelines
- Maintain production records and batch documentation
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Officer – Quality Control (QC)
- Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Handle analytical instruments and maintain lab documentation
- Support investigations and OOS/OOT activities
Officer – Quality Assurance (QA)
- Review BMRs, SOPs, deviations, CAPA, and change controls
- Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and internal quality systems
- Support audits and regulatory inspections
Officer – Maintenance
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment
- Ensure equipment qualification and documentation compliance
- Coordinate with production and QA teams to minimize downtime
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Education:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry or related discipline)
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering (for Maintenance roles)
- Experience:
- Pharma manufacturing experience preferred
- Exposure to GMP / API / regulated facilities is an advantage
