Detailed Job Description & Eligibility
This position is for a time-bound research project funded by the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH). The initial contract is for 6 months but is extendable based on performance until the project end date of 31st July 2027.
Essential Qualification:
- A Master’s degree in Life Sciences.
- A minimum of 2 years of research experience.
Post-wise Specific Requirements:
Post 1:
- At least 1 year of hands-on research experience in cell culture techniques.
- Preference will be given to candidates with Stem cell experience.
Post 2:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in phlebotomy and handling human biospecimens on a large scale.
- Proficiency in DNA/RNA extraction using standard methods.
- Experience in multicentre research projects, including sample processing and bio-banking.
Age Limit:
- Maximum 40 years as of the interview date.
