Noronic Pharmaceutical is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to join our quality team. This role is pivotal in maintaining compliance and upholding the highest standards in pharmaceutical production. The position is full-time, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering a balanced work-life schedule in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR): Ensure accurate documentation for all production batches to meet regulatory requirements.
- SOP Preparation: Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline quality processes.
- Prepare Stability Studies: Design and monitor stability protocols for pharmaceutical products to guarantee shelf-life integrity.
- Process Validation Protocol: Lead the creation and execution of validation protocols for manufacturing processes.
- SMPC/Insert Preparation: Draft Summary of Product Characteristics (SMPC) and product inserts in line with industry guidelines.
- CAPA/Change Control: Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and oversee change control processes to mitigate risks.
- Hold Time Study: Conduct studies on hold times for intermediates and finished products to optimize production efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field. Experienced candidates without a formal degree are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in quality assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior exposure to BMR/BPR, SOPs, or validation processes is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), analytical thinking, and proficiency in documentation. Experience in the pharma sector is a significant plus.
- Location: Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat – no relocation required for local candidates.
