Job Description

As a Territory Business Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer interactions and sales performance. You will be the face of Novartis’ customer experience approach, building deep relationships that deliver value to customers and patients while driving sales growth in a compliant and ethical manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business plans, including customer events, sales campaigns, and presentations to achieve sales objectives.
  • Achieve sales, productivity, and performance targets within agreed budgets and timelines.
  • Provide key account and hospital network support, including market access and referral networks.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, and key messages.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships through effective communication and engagement.
  • Complete all reports accurately and on time, addressing customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to achieve team and company objectives.
  • Adhere to Novartis’ Code of Conduct and guidelines for handling adverse events and promotional activities.
  • Manage budgets for customer activities and maintain key accounts through effective sales planning and reporting.

Role Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in healthcare, pharma, or related industries. An established network within the target customer group is desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field (B.Sc, B.Pharma).
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, territory knowledge, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Desirable: Experience in the cardiovascular therapeutic area.
