Job Responsibilities:

Job Qualifications:
Candidates for the Sr. Principal Scientist position should meet the following qualifications:
- Education: A Master’s, PhD, or Post-Doc qualification in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience: Extensive experience in synthetic chemistry and proven leadership roles within Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
- Project Management: A track record of managing and delivering complex chemistry projects on time and within budget.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of synthesis, reaction mechanisms, and analytical techniques.
- Client Relations: Experienced in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality results.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
