Responsibilities of the Job
As an Executive or Sr. Executive in the Manufacturing Department at OneSource – Unit II, you will be entrusted with several important responsibilities, including:
- DP Facility Manufacturing: You will manage manufacturing activities in the Drug Product (DP) facility, focusing on the operation of isolators and associated equipment related to cartridges (B+S), vials, and pre-filled syringes (PFS).
- Hands-on Operations: You will have hands-on experience operating systems such as CIP/SIP skids, vessels, compounding, filtration, and autoclave processes, as well as filter integrity machines.
- Sterile Injectables: You will work with sterile injectables and gain exposure to USFDA-regulated environments.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with isolators, lyophilizers, single-use systems, and related technologies will be crucial in this role.
- Shift Work: The job requires you to be flexible with shifts to meet production goals effectively.
Qualifications for the Job
The ideal candidate for this role should meet the following educational qualifications:
- B.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Sc. / M.Pharm or an equivalent qualification.
Additionally, candidates must have:
- Experience: A minimum of 2-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, particularly in sterile injectables and related processes.
- Knowledge of Equipment: Experience working with equipment like isolators, lyophilizers, and autoclaves is a strong advantage.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Exposure to USFDA guidelines is essential for this role.
