Job Description: Quality Control Associate
- Update and maintain training records to reflect current testing capabilities.
- Perform sampling, labeling, and verification of materials, equipment, and instruments.
- Analyze and interpret data for accuracy, trends, and compliance with cGMP standards.
- Ensure all documentation complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Review and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), analytical methods, and related documents.
- Conduct tests on finished products, raw materials, and stability samples, including data entry and report generation.
- Support complex projects, manage timelines, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Here’s What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- Education: Bachelor’s in Pharmacy + Master’s in Chemistry/Pharmacy.
- Experience: 3-6 years in Quality Control (QC) with expertise in method validation, raw material, and finished product testing.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to interpret compendial methods (USP, ICH guidelines).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HPLC, GC, and analytical instruments.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Skills)
- Experience with HPLC, GC (EMPOWER software), and ICP-MS for elemental impurities.
- Knowledge of ICH guidelines and USP general chapters.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead continuous improvement projects.
