The Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), a statutory body under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, is requesting eligible candidates for a walk-in interview for the position of Project Head (Skill & Training). Responsibilities in Job
As the Project Head (Skill & Training), you will have a diverse set of responsibilities, including:
- Implementation of PCI Orders: Ensure that all PCI directives are followed and executed within the Skill & Training Centres.
- Coordination: Collaborate with State Pharmacy Councils and various Skill & Training Centres to streamline operations and enhance training quality.
- Monitoring Activities: Regularly assess and monitor the activities and performance of the Skill & Training Centres.
- Site Visits: Conduct frequent visits to these centers to ensure compliance and to provide guidance as needed.
- Reporting: Maintain clear communication and coordination with the Competent Authority of the PCI.
- Other Responsibilities: Perform more tasks assigned by the Competent Authority from time to time.
Qualification
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following educational qualifications:
- Degree Requirement: Pharm.D or Pharm.D (PB) from an institution approved under Section 12 of the Pharmacy Act, 1945.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching, research, regulatory, or hospital pharmacy, with at least 1 year in a responsible administrative position.
- Desirable Experience: Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in any Central or State Government institution will be given preference.
