Key Responsibilities
Junior Research Associate (JRA)
- Perform routine molecular biology experiments
- Assist in PCR, cloning, and gel electrophoresis
- Support basic protein expression and purification studies
- Maintain laboratory records and documentation
- Collaborate with senior scientists on research projects
Senior Research Associate (SRA)
- Independently design and execute wet-lab experiments
- Conduct cell culture, protein expression, and purification
- Apply advanced molecular biology techniques
- Support genome engineering and pathway engineering projects
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to project planning
Eligibility & Qualifications
Junior Research Associate (JRA)
- Master’s degree or B.Tech in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or related fields
- Mandatory academic or industry research project experience
- Basic hands-on exposure to molecular biology techniques
Desirable Skills
- PCR, cloning, gel electrophoresis
- Introductory protein expression or purification
- Teamwork and scientific communication skills
Senior Research Associate (SRA)
