Job Description: Quality Control – Microbiology Opportunities
Puerto Life Sciences is looking for qualified candidates for the following positions within their Quality Control (Microbiology) department.
1. Designation: Sr. Executive – Microbiology
- Department: Quality Control – Micro
- Experience Required: 5+ Years in a relevant field.
- Key Job Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Executive, you will be entrusted with significant responsibilities, including:- Overseeing and conducting advanced microbiological testing of water systems, environmental conditions, raw materials, and finished products.
- Performing and validating critical tests like Sterility Testing, BET (Bacterial Endotoxins Test), and MLT (Microbial Limit Test) in strict compliance with USP, EP, and other pharmacopeial standards.
- Leading aseptic process monitoring and ensuring Environmental Monitoring (EM) program compliance.
- Managing media preparation and growth promotion activities.
- Playing a key role in method validation, equipment qualification, and process validation studies.
- Ensuring continuous GMP audit readiness and supporting regulatory inspections.
2. Designation: Officer – Microbiology
- Department: Quality Control – Micro
- Experience Required: Up to 4 Years.
- Key Job Responsibilities:
As a Microbiology Officer, you will be a core part of the operational team, responsible for:- Conducting routine microbiological analysis of water, environment, and products.
- Assisting in performing sterility testing, BET, and MLT.
- Supporting the aseptic monitoring program and environmental monitoring activities.
- Preparing culture media and reagents as per standard procedures.
- Maintaining meticulous documentation and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
