Job Description: Drug Safety Associate I

This role is critical in ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by managing and processing vital drug safety information.

Position: Drug Safety Associate I
Department: Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Mysore / Bangalore (Hybrid Model – 6 Months Work From Home)
Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform case processing activities, including data entry, quality review, and narrative writing for adverse event reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of safety data in strict compliance with global regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EMA) and company SOPs.
• Collaborate closely with safety physicians and clinical teams to ensure the precise capture and assessment of safety information.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP).
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and compliance of the drug safety operations.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• Mandatory Educational Background: A valid degree in B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or Pharm D.
• A valid pharmacy license is required.
• Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety operations.
• Preferred Skills: Prior exposure to pharmacovigilance databases (like ARISg, Argus, Veeva Safety) will be a significant advantage.
