Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and efficient medical coding for patient records using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.

- Ancillary Services
- E/M (Evaluation and Management) Coding – Inpatient & Outpatient
- SDS (Same Day Surgery)

- Ensure coding compliance with CMS guidelines and specific payer policies.

Eligibility & Qualifications
To be eligible for these medical coder positions at R1 RCM, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related fields.
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Bachelor’s in Nursing
- Other related Life Sciences disciplines.
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant medical coding experience in any of the mentioned specialties.
