🧪 Key Responsibilities
F&D (Formulation & Development)
- Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations
- Conduct trials, scale-up, and validation processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Quality Assurance (QA / IPQA)
- Perform in-process quality checks and audits
- Ensure adherence to WHO-cGMP guidelines
- Handle documentation, deviations, and CAPA
HPLC (Analytical Department)
- Operate and maintain HPLC systems
- Perform method development and validation
- Analyze raw materials and finished products
Store (RM/PM)
- Manage raw material and packaging material inventory
- Maintain stock records and compliance
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams
🎓 Qualifications Required
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry or relevant field)
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Strong understanding of WHO-cGMP norms
- Good documentation and analytical skills
