Key Responsibilities
- Conduct synthetic organic chemistry experiments for the development of APIs and advanced intermediates.
- Support route design, route scouting, and early-phase process development.
- Participate in scale-up activities for novel raw materials and intermediates.
- Execute lab operations following strict safety and compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for documentation and technology transfer.
🎓 Qualifications
- M.Sc. Organic Chemistry
- 2–8 years of experience in API R&D / Process R&D
- Preferably from CDMO/CRAMS divisions
- Strong understanding of reaction mechanisms, process optimization, and scale-up
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
