Pharmacist Job Description
- Position: Pharmacist (Drug Manufacturer cadre)
- Number of Posts: 1
- Salary: Rs. 20,000 per month (contractual)
- Contract Duration: From 01.10.2025 to 31.03.2027 (with service breaks as per rules)
- Job Location: Seth A.J.B. Municipal ENT Hospital, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medicines and pharmaceutical products as per hospital protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of drug inventory and usage.
- Ensure compliance with Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council regulations.
- Assist in drug manufacturing and quality control processes.
- Report regularly and adhere to hospital duty schedules.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in pharmacy services.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Pharmacy from the State Board of Technical Education OR
- Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized university.
- Must be registered with the Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council.
- Passed Maharashtra State Board Secondary and Higher Secondary Education with minimum 50 marks in Marathi.
- Computer knowledge with certificates such as D.O.E.A.C.C. (C.C.C.), O Level, A Level, B Level, C Level, M.S.C.I.T., or equivalent government-approved computer course.
Age Limit:
- Minimum 18 years and maximum 38 years as of the last date of application submission.
