Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Procure raw & packaging materials for a pharmaceutical formulation plant
✔ Manage RFQs, vendor negotiations, and comparative quotation analysis
✔ Generate purchase orders (POs), maintain supplier records, and track payments
✔ Coordinate with design teams for packaging artwork and logistics for timely dispatches
✔ Handle export documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
✔ Optimize inventory levels, control costs, and ensure on-time material delivery
Qualifications & Skills Required:
🎓 Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharma / M.Pharma / MBA (Supply Chain preferred)
🗣 Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi (preferred)
💡 Key Skills:
- Strong negotiation & vendor management abilities
- Knowledge of pharma packaging materials & injectable formulations
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Tally, and email correspondence
- Expertise in inventory & cost management
