Key Responsibilities
Based on the roles available, responsibilities include:
- Quality Control (2-5 Years Experience): Conducting analysis of raw materials (RM), finished products (FP), in-process (IP), and stability samples for tablets and capsules, with specialized expertise in HPLC for pharmaceutical quality assurance.
- Maintenance Engineering (OSD)-Production & Packing (2-5 Years Experience): Performing maintenance on equipment like RMG, FBD, compression machines, coating systems, capsule filling lines, blister packing, sachet filling, and bottle packing machines to ensure smooth pharma production operations.
- Maintenance Engineering – Projects, Utility & Civil (2-5 Years Experience): Handling installation, commissioning, equipment qualification (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ), utilities, water systems, HVAC, AHU, chillers, air compressors, cooling towers, PLC, SCADA, HMI, and building/facility maintenance for pharma facilities.
- Formulation & Development (4-7 Years Experience): Planning and executing lab-scale experiments, applying DOE (Design of Experiments), Quality by Design principles, product development, stability protocols, and regulatory market strategies in pharmaceutical formulation.
Qualifications and Skills
To qualify for these pharma jobs in Bangalore, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Quality Control: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc. with 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical analysis, particularly HPLC for tablets and capsules.
