Job Description 1: Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager – Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the entire mechanical engineering scope of our new plant.
- Manage end-to-end mechanical engineering for Greenfield chemical plant projects from concept to commissioning.
- Plan, schedule, and execute all mechanical works, including equipment specification, sizing, procurement, and installation (both static & rotary equipment).
- Supervise critical activities like Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), erection, piping, and commissioning.
- Design and review P&ID, GA drawings, piping layouts, isometrics, datasheets, and support structures.
- Handle all vendor interactions, including technical discussions, offer evaluations, inspections, and approvals.
- Prepare mechanical BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and ensure seamless coordination with process, electrical, instrumentation, and civil teams.
- Utilize engineering tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Project.
Job Description 2: Assistant Manager – Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
The Civil Engineer will be crucial in building the physical infrastructure of our advanced facility.
- Manage all civil works for our Greenfield projects, from land development and grading to building and structure construction.
- Review and approve foundation plans, RCC/steel structures, and drainage layouts.
- Execute and oversee the construction of roads, utilities, foundations, tanks, silos, and PEB structures.
- Monitor QA/QC processes, including concrete mix design and soil compaction, ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards.
- Coordinate effectively with vendors, contractors, and other engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, etc.).
- Handle all project documentation, progress reports, as-built drawings, and bill verification.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, and Excel is required.
