2. Engineering
- Position: Technician / Management Associate
- Education:
- ITI – Fitter
- Diploma – Instrumentation / Electrical / Mechanical
- Experience: 3–9 years
- Preferred Profiles:
- Tablet Plant Maintenance
- Engineering support for manufacturing equipment
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain parenteral, tablet, and aseptic manufacturing equipment
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety norms, and documentation standards
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform preventive maintenance
- Support production efficiency and quality initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
Required Qualifications
- ITI or Diploma in relevant discipline
- Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or plant maintenance
- Knowledge of aseptic operations, SKID systems, and tablet machinery (as applicable)
- Strong understanding of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance
