This role is critical for maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance in the manufacturing of sterile injectable products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all quality management system processes are followed meticulously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Change Control: Managing and documenting changes to processes, equipment, and systems to ensure compliance and control.
- Managing Deviation Reports: Investigating and reporting any deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs) to identify root causes.
- Investigating Market Complaints: Performing thorough investigations into customer complaints and implementing necessary actions.
- Addressing OOS (Out of Specification) & OOT (Out of Trend): Leading investigations into laboratory and process results that fall outside established specifications or trends.
- Implementing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions): Developing and overseeing the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions to eliminate the root cause of issues and prevent recurrence.
Eligibility Criteria
- Designation: Officer to Executive
- Experience: 1 to 5 Years of relevant experience in parenteral manufacturing or a pharmaceutical quality management system (QMS) role.
- Qualification: M.Pharma / B.Pharma / M.Sc / B.Sc in a relevant life sciences field.
