Job Overview: Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA II / Sr CRA)
📍 Locations: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad (Client-Based)
📅 Job Type: Full-Time
🛫 Travel Required: Up to 75% (as per project needs)
Key Responsibilities
✔ Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site/remote)
✔ Ensure ICH-GCP, regulatory, and protocol compliance
✔ Verify informed consent documentation and patient safety measures
✔ Perform source document review (SDR) and case report form (CRF) verification
✔ Manage investigational product (IP) accountability & reconciliation
✔ Maintain Investigator Site Files (ISF) and ensure Trial Master File (TMF) compliance
✔ Support subject recruitment & retention strategies
✔ Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and project teams
✔ Prepare for audits & regulatory inspections
Required Qualifications
🎓 Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Biotech, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Genetics, etc.)
- Nursing (BSc/MSc Nursing), Pharmacy (BPharm/MPharm/PharmD), or related fields
💼 Experience:
- Minimum 4 years in clinical research monitoring
- Preferred experience in Oncology & Cardiovascular therapeutic areas
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory guidelines, and e-data capture systems
🔍 Skills:
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 75%)
- Proficiency in electronic data capture (EDC) & clinical trial management systems (CTMS)
