Key Responsibilities – CRA Job Role
As a Clinical Research Associate at Synergen Bio, you will be responsible for:
- Execution of assigned BA/BE studies as per SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Preparation, compilation, and maintenance of Trial Master File (TMF) documents
- Review of CRFs and raw data for accuracy and completeness
- Accountability and review of assigned study documents
- Preparation of clinical updates and communication with bioanalytical and statistics teams
- Ensuring compliance with QC and QA observations
- Conducting informed consent process during screening and study phases
- Performing registration and screening activities
- Preparation, review, and training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Supporting pharmacy-related activities when required
- Performing additional tasks delegated by Head CR, PI, or Operations Manager
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Candidates applying for this Clinical Research Associate job in Pune should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- MSc (Life Sciences or relevant discipline)
- B.Pharm
- Experience:
- 1 to 2+ years of experience in clinical research
- Hands-on experience in BA/BE studies preferred
