Job Description (Role & Responsibilities)
We are seeking two motivated and detail-oriented Research Associates to join our Project Management and Biopharmaceutical department. This role is pivotal in managing and driving our clinical research projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to clients utilizing our CRO services.
- Act as the primary point of communication between project teams and sponsors to resolve project-related queries.
- Ensure all project deliverables are met as per agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., clinical operations, data management, regulatory) for the seamless development and execution of projects.
- Plan, monitor, and control various phases of different projects, providing regular progress updates to management.
- Prepare service agreements and other confidential documents.
- Draft, review, and update in-house Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manage the submission of DCGI NOC documents to the DCGI office for BA/BE studies (Bioavailability/Bioequivalence) to secure timely approvals.
- Handle any other responsibilities delegated by the Head of Project Management and Biopharmaceutics.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Educational Qualification: MBA, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.
- Experience: 2 to 4+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in project management, clinical research, or regulatory affairs.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project coordination and management abilities.
- Proficient in understanding clinical research protocols and regulatory guidelines (especially DCGI).
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Preference: Immediate joiners will be given priority.
