Key Responsibilities
- Prepare protocol-specific pharmacy plans and secondary labeling plans
- Receive, verify, store, and manage Investigational Medicinal Products (IMP) and Non-Clinical Supplies (NCS)
- Perform labeling, relabeling, and expiry extension activities at Syngene Clinical Supply Unit (SCSU)
- Plan and execute supply and resupply of IMP/NCS to clinical trial sites under controlled temperature conditions
- Prepare shipment documents and ensure adequate inventory at investigational sites
- Conduct inventory management, reconciliation, return, recall, and destruction of clinical supplies
- Witness destruction of IMP/NCS as per approved pharmacy plans
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, Indian regulations, SOPs, and audit requirements
- Support internal and external audits
- Ensure periodic maintenance and calibration of clinical supply instruments
Educational Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Life Sciences
OR - Master’s Degree in Pharmacology
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and Indian regulatory requirements
- Hands-on experience in clinical trial IP management
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in SOP development
- Comfortable handling regulatory inspections and audits
Behavioral Skills
- Proficient in English reading and writing
- High standards of integrity, compliance, and documentation accuracy
