About the Team (Antibody Team):
The team focuses on antibody engineering and development, ensuring high-quality and specific reagents. Key activities include antibody design, purification, conjugation, and testing using advanced technologies. The goal is to develop innovative products for research applications.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute experiments meticulously to meet program goals.
- Maintain accurate records in data sheets and lab notebooks.
- Stay updated with literature on antibody development advancements.
- Present data in written and oral formats; actively participate in team meetings.
- Ensure attention to detail and adherence to schedules.
Candidate Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Masters in Life Sciences (Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry) with 0-3 years of experience, OR
- Fresh PhD (submitted within the last year) in a related field.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in molecular biology techniques (PCR, cloning, DNA/RNA extraction).
- Experience with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) – library prep, sequencer handling, bioinformatics (Python/R is a plus).
- Familiarity with immunoassays (ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry).
- Knowledge of antibody development platforms is desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and statistical software (Prism).
Soft Skills:
- Self-motivated, excellent communication (written & oral), strong teamwork abilities.
