Key Skills Required

• API Synthesis & Process Development

• Name reactions & reagent handling
• CIP (Cleaning in Place) development
• Analytical data interpretation
• Scale-up and optimization techniques

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform API synthesis and process development in R&D lab
• Optimize chemical reactions and scale-up processes
• Handle nitrosamine risk assessment and control strategies
• Interpret analytical data (HPLC, GC, etc.)
• Develop and validate CIP processes
• Maintain documentation as per GMP guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional R&D and production teams

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry or relevant field
• Experience: 2–7 years in API R&D / synthesis
• Strong knowledge of organic chemistry reactions and scale-up
• Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical R&D environment
• Note: As per company requirement, only male candidates eligible
