Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee Research Scientist, you will:
✔ Assist in the synthesis and process optimization of APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients)
✔ Conduct lab-scale experiments under expert supervision
✔ Perform sample analysis using HPLC, GC, FTIR, NMR, TLC, and other analytical techniques
✔ Maintain accurate lab records and documentation following cGMP guidelines
✔ Collaborate with QA/QC, Production, and Regulatory teams
✔ Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
Eligibility Criteria
✅ PhD in Organic / Pharmaceutical / Applied Chemistry
✅ Strong foundation in organic chemistry and chemical synthesis
✅ Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience
✅ Keen interest in pharmaceutical research and drug development
✅ Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills
